As promised, this is going to be a Taylor Swift-infused outfit post.
I went to see Taylor Swift in London at her Speak Now World Tour last night and she was so, so good as ever. I always love her live performances, and this definitely topped the other two of her concerts that I’d been to.
Rings, Topshop, Primark & Accessorize;
I’m still wearing this skirt from Zara like there’s no tomorrow.
The shape and fit is so flattering and girly – I really to buy another one in a similar shape, but with different detailing. This periwinkle blue blouse is one of my favourite tops, that has sadly been “permanently borrowed”/adopted by my sister.
I hadn’t thought about tucking it into this skirt, because I wasn’t sure about the floaty fit of both pieces working together, but I surprisingly like it. I just had to add my current favourite, heart print tights, to fit in with the whole Taylor Swift theme, and popped my ‘Love’ ring on as well, which you probably can’t see.
I’ve included a few photos of my evening at the O2 Arena with Natasha, because there’s no way I’ll get all of those photos in my Week in Photos!
It’s times like these that I wish I could save money for my DSLR or a better camera! Taylor was so good, if I hadn’t already said that enough times, she’s amazing live, and there was such a great atmosphere at the O2 Arena. As predicted, I sobbed a few fangirl tears when she opened with Sparks Fly, when she walked into the crowd and I touched her hand (!!! squeeee*~!) and when she sang Enchanted. We also managed to get VIP Access backstage, and had complimentary makeovers, and photos taken!
Finally, just wanted to say a huge thank you for the continued lovely feedback about my Ways to Wear feature yesterday. It was so overwhelmingly lovely to read all of your comments while I was on the train, and it is probably my favourite feature to put together. If you ever wear a look that I’ve featured, please comment or email to let me know, I’d love to have a nose!
