Today I’d planned on shooting a whole host of photos of my outfit, frames from my day and places-I-frequent-when-home to feature on some future posts, but it was swelteringly hot today and my attention span has been bordering the point of non-existence.
I definitely want to shoot the photos at a later date though. Trust me to have planned such a post for my last full day back home before I head back down to Southampton tomorrow(!)
Today I had planned on snapping a whole host of photos of my outfit, my day and places-I-frequent-while-at-home to feature on the blog, but it was swelteringly hot today, and my attention span waivered around the point of non-existence. It’s definitely something I want to do in the Summer though, trust me to have planned such a post for my last proper day at home. I think I’m going back down South tomorrow, but I’m not entirely sure yet.

I can’t decide if this really counts as a classic outfit post, but I suppose it’s better than nothing.
My sister very kindly snapped this slightly unflattering photo of me today when we went for an iced coffee break earlier. Check out my hair too, was so happy with how it curled this morning! It kind of shows my new knotted, tribal print vest though, which is the main point.
I bought this on Tuesday from New Look, purely because they have a 20% student discount on at the moment! It cost me about £5 and is perfect to throw on with denim cut-offs and sandals. Which, by the way, is what I wore with mine.
I ended up buying the hand crochet kimono from Topshop this afternoon too, after much dithering and hesitation. I posted about it yesterday, and the votes seemed pretty split between this and the Chloe drape dress from Yayer, which isn’t available in my size at the moment anyway! I’m absolutely in love with it: I feel so Rumi Neely in it! Thanks student discount for helping to ease the guilt 😉
I’ll be back early tomorrow with the usual Week in Photos for you (hopefully!) Hope you’re all enjoying the Easter weekend and spending it with loved ones and plenty of chocolate!
