Please make everything easier. Working at a restaurant until all hours is just not my jam.
Love, Michelle x
In stark comparison to last week where I managed to post almost every day, this week is probably going to be a little lacking, so apologies in advance. I’m going to write my Ways to Wear post in advance. I know you enjoy reading those posts, but I’ll be working most evenings until 11pm, so expect me to me a little MIA for the next few weeks.
(Zebra studded deep arm drop top, Topshop;
Black bandeau top, Marks and Spencer;
Black high waisted shorts, River Island;
Heart print tights, Primark;
Gold leaf ring, Primark.)
I’m wearing all of my comfort items and old favourites today.
I’m working the evening shift tonight at 5pm, so won’t be leaving the house, but I didn’t want to slob around in my day pyjamas once again. I’m in love with this top, a whole three years after I first bought it. The fit is so lovely and draped, the material is soft, and the petrol/slate/steel blue colour is one of my favourites. The blue tones also look lovely with camel. I always feel a bit Audrina Patridge when I wear this too, so I paired it with a black, high-waisted short. The bandeau and deep arm hole look is something I want to wear a lot more this summer, I think it’s understatedly chic and so underrated!
I downloaded the 30-Day Shred yesterday and planned on starting it today, but I don’t want to risk feeling awful tonight! Excuses excuses 😉 I’m definitely going to start in on Friday though, I don’t think I’m at work on Friday, or over the weekend for a change, so I’m more likely to be able to have a go at it! I might even step things up and use my wrist/ankle velcro-strap-on weights that I used to wear at dance classes.
Also indulged in a music download sesh last night.
Has anyone else heard B2ST’s new album, Fiction or Fact yet? I’m in love with Fiction and the orchestra version of it, On Rainy Days and Back to You. Just need more people to squee about it with! Ooh, and I’m currently watching the Gossip Girl season 4 finale, so many good moments. Chuck Bass, marry me please.
