Enrapture Totem Styler, £70.
This has been one of my favourite products for the past two weeks or so. My hair finally grew(!!), and in turn, outgrew my old Babyliss curlers which are patiently sitting at home, ready to be sold. The Enrapture styler is by far the best heated tool I’ve used, allowing full reign for heat settings on each part of hair strand and lots of amazing looks! It is more than worth its money, and I even love the pouch it comes with. Current favourite heat combinations include: 1-2-1, 1-2-3 and 1-1-3, which I’ve been wearing in my past few outfit posts!
Kiehl’s Washable Cleansing Milk, £18.
Full review here. Still loving this cleansing milk that I bought on a whim way back in February. I’m now exactly halfway through my bottle, so it is relatively good value for money, and I’ve been using it in different ways after reading various reviews. Morven’s method of leaving it to ‘soak in’ and add a little extra moisture to the skin works wonders at the moment!
Rituals ‘T’ai Chi’ White Lotus and Green Tea Foaming Shower Gel, £6.50.
I bought this about a month ago when I met Mandy for a much-overdue lunch and shopping date. Honestly, I fell in love with the scent, as did Mandy! It’s a full-bodied scent, light and refreshing with a hint of floral. The shower gel itself is creamy and soft, and lathers up a treat, much like the other one that I reviewed, and leaves my skin feeling super moisturised.
Benefit Hervana Boxed Powder Blush, £23.50.
Bought this via Buyapowa without a second thought for around the £16 mark. This was a classic case of product-circulating-the-blogosphere-must-have-in-collection, impulse buying, but it is probably my favourite blush right now, although I seriously miss cream formulas and my skin is slightly angry at me as a result. Hervana features four shades that are swirled together to create the perfect peachy pink flush on your cheeks, along with a darker and lighter shade to add dimension. It is also scented, which I looove: not too overpowering but as Emma rightly said, it smells a bit like babies! (By the way, I don’t think my skin is reacting to the product or scent, my skin is dry/angry because I’ve run out of moisturiser and am using an old back-up!)
MUA Cosmetics 3-in-1 Eye Contour Liner, £4.
This featured in my MUA x Love Hearts goody bag a few weeks ago, and I can’t believe I haven’t mentioned it on my blog yet! I swatched these at the event and gushed about them for absolutely ages to Aisling, Lauren, Fei, and any other unfortunate soul who walked past me! They’re supposed to be a three-in-one product, but I only really use mine in place of eyeshadow and liner, smudging it out at the lashline for a casual/no effort look. Every girl needs Gunmetal and Auburn in their make-up stash!
Neal & Wolf Glow Super Shine Spray, £X.
I picked this out at the first Glossybox event way back in September, when the girls let us have a Pick and Mix at their upcoming featured brands and products, and it has even been in past Beauty Highlights features. Not gonna lie, this has been a lifesaver. I’m addicted to my Enrapture Totem Styler at the moment, which has left my hair a little damaged in conjunction with a) the wind in Southampton, and b) being without argan oil for three weeks, and my Shine Spray brings my natural shine out after I’ve frazzled it.
Shu Uemura Brightening Beauty Oil, £28.
Full review here. Caved and bought the full size. The rest is history.
Disclaimer: I am lucky enough to have received some of these products at press events and as samples: this does not affect my opinion, and I’ll always be honest about products I use. All items except the Enrapture styler, MUA liner and Neal & Wolf shine spray were purchased with my own money.
