Wearing this today for Uni and then to tie up some loose ends on my magazine project in the library. Stupid me didn’t pack more than one pair of shoes – left all of my others at home! – so I cracked out my very-old tan brogues to pair with this outfit. Would’ve much preferred my grey Converse light but y’know, when needs must!
(Heart print playsuit, Topshop;
Khaki shorts, Forever 21;
‘Alexa’ bag, Mulberry;
Potions necklace, Sawyer & Scout.)
Doing that whole playsuit and seperates thing again today. It’s super cold in Southampton and I’ve left my jumpers at home (can you see a recurring theme here?), so this will do by way of layering up. Beige neutrals paired with warm, muted khaki is one of my all-time favourite combinations at the moment, although I’m dying to try some of that baroque, scarf print trend and the floral trouser trend.
Sent my full dissertation draft away yesterday to be read through and I’m a feature and photoshoot away from completing the content for my magazine. I’m going to be publishing the magazine online, so keep your eyes peeled for the launch edition next month – I can’t wait to share it all with you at last!
In other news, I’ve fallen back into the trap of becoming addicted to multiple Korean and Taiwanese dramas at the same time again. I don’t think many people realise, but aside from the usual suspects – i.e. Gossip Girl, TOWIE, Made in Chelsea, The Big Bang Theory – I’m a huge fan of Asian dramas and anime series! Nothing made my heart sing more than realising that Jiro Wang is playing the lead male in the Taiwanese live-action adaptation of Absolute Boyfriend, hello regressed fifteen-year-old. ♥
