The Zino Bubble Mask is a mask unlike others that I’ve previously tried. While it is targeted at oil control and removal of blackheads, as well as minimising pores – none of which are regular problems for me! – I really enjoying treating my skin to this once a week or so. It purifies my skin and leaves it feeling soft and baby-new, while not feeling too harsh on my skin in the process.
I use the Bubble Mask (best name ever!) after cleansing, and applying a thin layer over my skin. It applies like a dream, and in a gel-like formulation, feeling smooth and creamy. Yum. I then leave the mask for around five minutes while I scroll through the ol’ Twitter feed – blogger productivity – which leaves the ‘bubbles’ to form where the mask has been applied. This draws out all of the impurities, leftover product/dirt and excess oil on your face, ready to be rinsed off. I find that it does just what the bottles describes, but I personally would recommend using it sparingly: if I didn’t immediately follow up with my toner of choice, the gel consistency would dry my skin out!
Scent wise, the Bubble Mask is quite citrus scented and fresh. I find the scent a bit strong at times, but not so much that it detracts me from using it. I believe the extracts are all natural, and it is a seriously popular product in Asia, and you know how big the skincare business is there! What do you think of the Bubble Mask? Tempted to try? ♥
