This season’s beautifully vibrant colour palette calls for a muted hue choice, clothes-wise, in my book. Of course, this seems to be the case all year round for me, but I’m mostly not wearing black here, so hey, I had to document it. The red marl top is literally one of my most worn pieces of clothing ever. I snapped it up on a student shopping night back in the day and it is even cosier than my pyjamas, only with the added bonus that it is socially acceptable to wear outdoors. The body is completely free-form with batwing sleeves that hug the arms – my favourite fit. Take note, rest of the high street! Paired with my AG Adriano Goldschmied ‘The Legging’ jeans, as ever, as my Dorothy Perkins boots that I can’t stop wearing. I think the time has nearly come *gulp* to invest in another pair of AG’s soon. They’ve become my holy grail trouser of choice, and waiting for them to come out of the laundry is nail-bitingly hard.
You may have also noticed that the faux fur has come out to play again! After months of debating whether that whole look was really for me, Sabrina and I went to a H&M party hosted by ELLE magazine aaages ago, and we both snapped a stole up, and throughout the wintery months, I’m hardly ever seen without it! L-o-v-e.
Right then, I’m off to snuggle in my faux fur and finish up at the office. I can hardly believe that I’m hopping in my car tomorrow morning, and graduating. (Please don’t let me fall over onstage. Please let the gown feel completely Hogswart-esque. Please don’t rain.) ♥
