This weekend I’ve been out at the lake, feeding ducks and going for a stroll with my siblings, and I also went to one of my close friends’ hen party. It was a relatively controlled one as I’ve been indulging far too much recently! The detox begins on Monday, I promise. To help get over extreme tiredness from constantly doing things (I have another post about introversion going up next week), I’m cosying up with some work for Aesthetic in the comfort of my home office. Or probably my bedroom, let’s face it.
Not On The High Street contacted me a few weeks ago and I ended up designing these sweet matching, customisable pillowcases to spruce up the ol’ boudoir. I’m a huge fan of cutesy touches in a classic designed room, and these add just enough personality to match my current room’s decor. They read ‘Sweet Dreams’ on one side and ‘Good Night’ on the other, if you were interested, but in hindsight, I really wish I’d opted for ‘Prince’ and ‘Princess’ for one side and ‘Bon Soir’ on the other! Really cute for updating your bedding as it can be matched with other cases and prints, and they’d make a lovely gift too.
The past week has been super busy: I’m really excited and inspired by how well Aesthetic‘s next issue is coming along, and alongside making magazine plans, I went to an event by Vevie in Chelsea, London with the oh so lovely Lily, was taken on a sweet little date, and went out for some Friday drinks with my girl Cat. Definitely going to tone things down next week and nestle in my new bedding with some episodes of Monstar…
How has your week been? Oh, and don’t forget to add Daisybutter to your Bloglovin feed here too. (: ♥
