Daisybutter - UK Fashion and Lifestyle Blog: STAND Seven, artisan bracelets, jewellery for charity

Artisan bracelet by STANDSEVEN.
Currently can’t stop wearing my Stand Seven woven bracelet. It’s got the prettiest plait detail and little gold trims, and better yet, the boutique behind it has a super interesting cause.

Stand Seven is an online destination that supports artisans and their craft. Bringing together makers and customers, I was pleasantly surprised by this little gift that dropped through my letterbox. I always see these woven, threaded bracelets as a super summery thing, now hand-in-hand with the sentiments of festivals and boho lifestyle.

If you’re a regular reader of Daisybutter, you’ll know I’m not a huge throwaway jewellery sort of girl. The bracelet I regularly wear is a white gold number that I’ve had since I was 14 and my necklace is a timeless piece that my parents gifted to me for my 20th birthday. However Stand Seven carefully curate ethical products, creating a human connection between the artisan maker and their customer. From sustainable components to simply supporting smaller, organic businesses, I love that my new bracelet has a meaningful social impact.

Instagram post 2195328500792311413_30616375 We had SO much fun at FriendsFest on Thursday. As I've been asked 19385739 times, it wasn't a press event, it's a public thing and we paid for tickets! I think FriendsFestive is in Shoreditch until 21st December and I totally recommend going! PS. Definitely want to paint at least one of my doors purple... 😏 Swipe to see our makeshift Christmas décor, the last in this house before we move... #DaisybutterAtHome
Instagram post 2194268191654680261_30616375 [ A D ☕ ] Hello Sundaze ✨ When the house is emptying but you still gotta get that décor right 😏 Thrilled with my new print additions from @juniqeartshop, they're adding so much warmth to a chilly December, and, to a basically empty bedroom. You can get 30% off orders over £29 until next Sunday using my code MICHELLE30 ☺️ #juniqe #juniqehome
Instagram post 2193805226526666424_30616375 Name a dog more festive (and cute) than @milo.chai. ... I'll wait 😏🎄✨ #dogsofinstagram
Instagram post 2193084553068073079_30616375 Central Perk vibes 😏✨ Had the best time with my brother and sister at FriendsFest yesterday! We spend all of our time watching the episodes on repeat (like any self-respecting millennial) and it was incredible to see the sets and goof around together for a few hours, dressed like Rachel Green with my Gucci bag (“it's spelled like Gucky, which can be confusing”). Except from when a seven-year-old PUSHED ME OVER by Joey's Barcalounger. Fun fact: I used that copy of Vogue in my dissertation! #FriendsFestive
Instagram post 2192254609316598078_30616375 I finished reading this over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised. The Flat Share is a chick lit with a twist; I really enjoyed the sub-plots and clever character building throughout, but for some reason didn't adore the book. Beady-eyed readers who also follow me on Goodreads will know I rated it three stars which seems harsh, but simply means I enjoyed the book but wouldn't recommend it to a general audience and I wouldn't reread it 🤷🏻‍♀️ Have you read this book yet? #DaisybutterReads
Instagram post 2191316238771439516_30616375 “We can go drivin' in, on my scooter... Uh, you know, just riding in London...” 🎶. L O N D O N · G I R L :: Absolutely thrilled to share this masterpiece shot by @sianshoots. The moment I heard @taylorswift 'London Boy', I knew I wanted to capture it all, dressed in my @stellamccartney × Taylor look. I'm not from London and nor do I live there; but some of the best chapters of my life began here. My first writing job, falling in love, spontaneously buying designer bags on Bond Street, cab rides with friends in a drunken mess, food tours with my girls, hours-long walks, all amidst a grey drizzly haze. It all happened, and happens, here. London, you're so special. P.S. I have categorically never watched rugby in a pub with his mates 😂 ph. @sianshoots
