My Cosy Soft Life Reset Routines
A good routine can set up for some really good habits, so it’s no wonder that reset routines have really captured our attention online recently.
Although I think life should still retain a little spontaneity for everyday magic, I’m genuinely quite fond of a good reset routine here and there. In fact, my daily, weekly and monthly resets did a wonderful job in making my 2023 feel, well, just pretty darned nice. Like many other thirty-somethings, my life has some semblance of structure (work, errands, housework, social life) but I really need flexibility, and my reset routines allow for the perfect mix between both.

Since I work a 9-5 job and live my best corporate girlie life, I often find I don’t have a huge amount of wiggle room for any sort of routine. As ever, take these ‘routines’ with a pinch of salt. On reflection, they’re really more cornerstones of a reset to maintain a cosy, soft life and some calm amidst the often-chaos. I don’t do them in any particular order but, together, they create a magical balance for me.
