Top Vintage Photobooths in Seoul (Autumn 2026)

If there’s one thing I love about going back to East Asia, it’s that photobooths are a dime a dozen, and they had been long before the ‘trend’ hit London and Europe. My sister and I have stacks of photo strips that document us from childhood through to our thirties! So, of course, how could I not visit a photobooth a day when I was in Seoul this autumn?

Read on for a tour of my favourite photobooth concepts, and where to find them, in Seoul.

AUTOFOTO

There are countless AUTOFOTO locations around the city, which is super handy! They’re known for really cute print backgrounds and designs, plus a gorgeous skin-blurring black-and-white camera option. Look how sweet the polka dot design is! The Jong-no location is perfect for between-coffee shop and historical background snaps.

Cambag

My favourite photobooth was Cambag with its Y2K aesthetic. There are three digicam-style lens to choose from, and then you can also choose between black-and-white, or colour.

HARUFILM

HARUFILM often have limited-edition designs, and they have a cute Monchhichi frame this autumn. You can also customise your prints with digital stickers.

Mono Mansion

Finally, Mono Mansion is a newer chain. Their concept is wooden backgrounds for a chic, elegant aesthetic, and I LOVED the camera grain in this photobooth. Plus, there’s a stand for us shorter girlies.
