Summer has well and truly arrived in Hong Kong after a tumultuous storm season. At the weekend I finally reunited with my friend Sophia for a day out on HK Island before I popped over to a concert. As I hadn’t been out in absolutely ages and I’d be seeing my six favourite Kpop boys, I chose this utterly beautiful fairy-esque dress. Picked this up in a cute little Korean boutique near my apartment and I adore the cold shoulder design! I’m finding that I like simplified pretty lately: sweet, girly and feminine without being too much.
Along with the rest of the style enthusiast committee, I’ve fallen head over lace-up heels for lace-up sandals. Whilst the original Aquazurra’s are always on my wishlist, these aptly named Topshop FAIRY sandals have hardly left my feet. *squirms at the mention of that word* They’re real leather so are pretty hardy and the white makes them perfect for all outfits.
So! I finally got to see my boys Beast in action! It’s an odd sort of feeling, finally being able to see your favourite band for the first time. It’s been almost six solid years of a wait and I honestly couldn’t have wished for more. Yoseob’s live vocals are spine-tingling good – I don’t think even my future husband’s wedding vows or my firstborn child’s first words will sound as good to me! 😉 Hyunseung was adorably hyper and Junhyung was adorably faux arrogant. Best night ever.
